  أم كلثوم بن حسين أستاذة بجامعة تونس المنار/ تونس إنّ مفهوم التنمية المستدامة الذي اعتمدته هو مفهوم ثلاثي الأبعاد يشتمل على: بعدٍ اجتماعيّ يهدف إلى تلبية احتياجات الإنسان والاستجابة إلى تطلعات العدالة والانسجام الاجتماعي. بعدٍ اقتصاديّ يهدف إلى تحقيق النمو والنجاعة الاقتصادية. بعدٍ بيئيّ يهدف إلى المحافظة على البيئة والموارد الطبيعية وتحسينها وتثمينها من خلال رؤية بعيدة المدى. لكنّ الرهان الحقيقي للتنمية المستدامة هو تأسيس مقاربة مدمجة لهذه الأبعاد التي يمكن أن تمثّل بثلاث دوائر متقاطعة تمثل فيها منطقة التقاطع المشترك التنمية (...)
